Everything I have tried , well except the salade nicoise, has been great. The barista makes the best dirty matcha blended I have ever had!

They have a regular booth at Playa Vista Farmers market every Saturday. For $17 you get a pretty decent size of quiche with a side of salad with balsamic dressing. They have different flavors of quiches and we picked the chive and goat cheese. A bit light on the chives but you can definitely taste plenty of goat cheese throughout. Pretty yummy when you are hungry!

Had a taste of a friend's veggie omelette at the farmer's market and was instantly intrigued. Picked up my first one at the shop about a week later and became hooked! I don't know what the secret is, but by God there is one! I seldom order omelettes but will go out of my way for theirs, and the handsome French service doesn't hurt ; ) Honorable mention to les canales, which are the best kind of trouble!

Delicious! Got food and took it home. Blueberry muffin, ham and cheese croissant, and another savory croissant. The ambience there is really lax and chill. Looks like a great place for locals to meet up for coffee. I live close but wish it was walking distance. I'll be back :) the man who gave me my order was very kind

We hadn't known about this Café until we saw a "Too Good to Go" offer yesterday. I was greeted warmly at pick-up by the woman behind the counter. Even though I was a few minutes early, she readied my bag off savory and sweet goodies -- a Ham & Cheese Croissant (4/5) -- nice, flaky croissant but would like more ham and cheee filling -- Fruit Tarte (Croissant) (4/5), and Blueberry Muffin (3/5) -- needs more blueberries. The Café has a handful of tables indoors and a couple on the sidewalk. It seems to be geared more for take-away. The shop is bright and cheerful. Street parking only -- I found a space two doors away on Washington. Overall, a very good experience. We'll be back.

$19.83 (Food: french toast - french croissant served with triple berry, whipped cream and syrup. Drink: water) Le Frenchie Cafe monologue: France came to Culver City, CA and I am so happy! The weather was perfect this past Friday morning. Sunny. About 60 ish. Light breeze from the east (well, not really sure but that just sounds good).  Immediately, when I arrived, the atmosphere invited me to sit and enjoy a meal or sip on some coffee, or tea, and take the moment in. I went inside and was excited about all of the delectable options. I asked the young lady at the counter about the toast...it was french. She directed me to the display case. The presentation activated my it's time to eat neurons and her explanation sent me over the moon. Yelp cousins, let me tell you something. This french toast was beyond amazing. The first bite made me think about all that is wonderful in this world. The second bite on thru the cleaning of any and every morsel of my plate put me in a world of gratitude. No syrup needed! As people arrived, I watched as Jamel made everyone comfy. Opening table umbrellas, putting tables together,  bringing over chairs; his actions put you in a position of wanting to come back and spread your experience...I'll be back and I'm telling/asking ya'll to go experience it too! Oh p.s. - I'm a tad confused. Several internet pages call this restaurant Laurent's "Le" Coffee Shop but Yelp has it titled Le Frenchie Cafe (which took a while for me to realize so I could leave this review). Could you shed some light on this?
